Coke Quality Prediction in Shenglong Chemical Industry

介绍了采用煤岩学的方法预测焦炭质量的基本原理,用配煤指标预测焦炭质量并科学指导配煤是可行的。结合盛隆化工煤焦车间的实际实验数据,建立了焦炭质量预测模型,误差分析表明,焦炭各项质量指标相对误差均在6%以内,完全满足实际生产需要。

This article introduced the basic principle of forecasting coke quality by the methods of coal petrology. It is feasible that forecasting the coke quality by the indexes of mixing coal and guiding blending. Combining with actual test data from the Coke Plant of Shenglong Chemical Industry, the coke quality prediction model was established. The error analysis showed that the relative errors of the coke quality indexes are all within 6%, fully meeting the actual needs of production.
