中国钢铁业受国际铁矿石供求不平衡的制约面临巨大挑战,生产成本居高不下。山钢集团作为国有大型钢铁企业积极探索走出去战略,在世界范围寻求质优价廉的铁矿石资源,以非洲塞拉利昂唐克里里铁矿项目运作实践为例,为省管企业走出去获取战略资源提供一定的借鉴和参考。
China’s iron and steel industry has been facing a severely high cost due to the unbalanced international iron ore demand-supply. As a state-owned large-scale steel maker, Shandong Steel explores the outgoing strategy positively and looks for iron ore with super quality and competitive price worldwide. This article takes African Tonkolili iron ore project in Sierra Leone as an example, providing certain reference for provincial enterprises to obtain strategic resources through outgoing strategy.
