Comparative Analysis of the Invasion Potential between Solidago canadensis and Conyza canadensis

加拿大一枝黄花和小飞蓬是典型的外来有害生物。本文通过查阅文献,分析比较了两者的生物学特征、化感作用、入侵途径与传播机制。前者以种子和根状茎繁殖,后者仅以种子繁殖,但结实量更大;它们的植株水提液都有较强的化感作用,但前者更显著;两者都可自然传播和人为传播,但后者适应性更强,扩散更快,分布更广。

Solidago canadensis and Conyza canadensis are two typical harmful alien species. In this article, a compara tive analysis of the growth potential, allelopathy, invasion and dispersal mechanisms between the two species was conduc ted. Results showed that Solidago canadensis can reproduce either sexually or asexually while Conyza canadensis mainly reproduces by seeds, with seed yield much higher than that of Solidago Canadensis; Both of their plant water extracts had strong allelopathic effects; However, the allelepathy of Solidago canadensis was relatively stronger than that of Conyza canadensis. Both species could spread in space by natural dispersal or human transportation, but Conyza canadensis had a relatively stronger ability to adapt to environmental change and thus can spread much faster in the field.
