摘要
本文报道在He-Ne激光照射下,工作在液氮温区的YBaCuO膜对激光的响应。在调制频率为0.1Hz的情况下,经光刻后的YBaCuO膜,在其超导转变中点附近,对功率为1.5mW的He-Ne激光的响应信号可达10mV左右,响应度约10V/W。实验并研究了响应信号与调制频率的关系以及工作点温度的选择对结果的影响。
This paper reports the photoresponse of YBaCuO thin film at liquid nitrogen (LN) temperature range under the irradiation of He-Ne laser.at or near the middle point of the film's transition temperature, the obtained voltage response signal of photolithographic YBaCuO film to 1.5mW He-Ne lasr chopped at a frequency of 0.1Hz is 10V/W. the relation of the response signal to chopping frequency and the influence to the results by choosing the working temerature are discussed in detail.
