摘要
针对厂坝铅锌矿磨浮车间钢球消耗偏高的现状,通过对影响钢球消耗的因素进行科学分析,提出降低钢球消耗的措施,即通过采用新型中铬合金铸球替代原来使用的钢球、改进钢球补加制度、降低磨矿给矿超大粒级(+12mm)含量等措施,使钢球的单耗由1.03 kg/t降低到0.97 kg/t,每年可节约选矿成本68.64万元。对节能降耗,提高磨矿效率及企业经济效益具有重要的现实意义。
In view of the lead-zinc mine mill plant dam floating workshop steel consumption is on the high side of the status quo, through the scientific analysis of the influencing factors of steel consumption put forward measures to reduce the con -sumption of steel ball , namely through the adoption of the new chrome alloy casting ball , alternative use of steel , improving steel adding system, reduce the large grinding to the ore grade 12 mm (+) content, the unit consumption of the steel ball was reduced to 0.97 kg /t to 1.03 kg/t, and can save processing costs 68.6400 yuan a year .For saving energy and reducing consumption , and improve the grinding efficiency and the enterprise economic benefit has important practical significance .
