摘要
介绍了甘肃华鹭铝业有限公司炭素成型生产过程所用热媒燃油锅炉的构成原理及存在的问题,提出并实施了以余热锅炉替代燃油锅炉,利用煅烧回转窑富余的高温尾气作为热源,加热热媒导热油的技术改造。改造后,解决了热媒系统制约炭素生产的瓶颈,改善了工艺技术条件,实现了热媒锅炉系统设备无故障,有效节约了备件、材料、重油及人工费用,改善了周边作业环境,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
The process Principle and the problems of thermal oil boiler in the molding process in Gansu Hualu Alumi -num Co.Ltd were introduced , Modification scheme was proposed and implemented to replace the thermal oil boiler with the waste-heat boiler , and utilize the rich high-temperature tail gas from the calcination rotary kilns to heat the thermal oil .Thermal oil boiler system impacting on production systems has been resolved , and process conditions have also been improved , harvesting a continuous trouble-free production of trermal oil boiler system , effectively saving the spare parts, materials, heavy oil and labor costs , with improved operating environment and good economic and social benefits.
