摘要 酒钢镀锌机组中的带钢加热采用了感应加热技术,本文对该技术使用情况进行了介绍,论述了感应加热模型的建立过程,体现了感应加热技术的优越性,最后总结了运行中的常见故障及处理方法。 This paper introduces the induction heating in strip heating of continuous galvanizing line (CGL) in JISCO.It has deduced the process of heating model in detail and reflected the advantage of induction heating .Finally, it summarized the common faults and troubleshooting in maintenance .
