摘要
叙述了加热炉步进梁液压系统工作原理及维护处理方法。加热炉液压系统是如何完成动作和检查调整,在日常的运行维护中如何控制,如何预防;确保在现场使用中的安全顺行,以及液压系统与电器系统如何维护及基本原理,在设备管理与操作方面对液压系统的影响。加热炉步进梁液压在步进式的传动中得到广泛应用,它既节能,又有良好的稳定性。
This paper describes in detail the working principle and maintenance method of the hydraulic system in the step -ping beam of heating furnace .The heating furnace hydraulic system is how to complete the action and check adjustment , in the daily operation of how to control , how to prevent the maintenance;to ensure the safety in use direct field , how well the hydraulic system and electrical system maintenance and basic principle , how to influence the equipment management and operation of the hydraulic system .Hydraulic stepping beam heating furnace has been widely used in the transmission step type, it is energy saving , and good stability .
