在现在在建工程中,大多数防水保护层主要还是采取湿作业的细石砼保护层。对降低屋面温度、降低温差引起的结构变形不利,使用过程中的维修带来很大麻烦,施工速度慢,在季节性施工条件下,还会带来质量隐患而且不经济。在科学技术大发展的今天,随着施工技术和材料科学的进步,如果采取轻质、高强成品材料屋面板,既可以达到保护防水层的目的,又可以解决湿作业施工带来的维修、质量隐患方面的问题。本文就是通过轻质板使用的利与弊的讨论,从而使屋面防水保护层轻质、板块化得以推广。
