随着全球经济的持续低迷和国内经济增长放缓,流通行业规模扩张和利润增长都将面临巨大的压力。社会消费活跃并成为拉动经济增长的最主要力量,依然给流通行业带来发展机遇,但整体增长趋势显著下降。国内流通企业传统赢利模式效益不佳且导致流通供应链的低效率,而流通企业与供应商之间不协调的关系是供应链问题的重要源头。流通企业调整经营战略,建立与供应商之间的竞合对称性协同关系,不仅是新的竞争环境的需要,也是流通企业创新赢利模式、实现内涵式增长的必然选择。信息共享、协同预测、协同库存管理和协同运营等是创建流通企业与供应商之间合作伙伴关系的途径。
With the global economic downturn and a slowdown in the domestic economy, the circulation industry will face great pressure to scale expansion and profit growth. Although the social consumption is active and becomes a driving force for economic growth and it brings opportunities for the development of circulation industry, the overall growth trend decreased significantly. The efficiency of traditional profit-making pattern of domestic circulation enterprises was so poor and led to the low efficiency in supply chain. The lack of harmonious relationship between enterprises and suppliers is an important source of supply chain problems. It is not only necessary for circulation enterprises to adjust their strategy and establish competitive symmetry relationship with suppliers to meet the requirement of new competitive environment, but also an inevitable choice for them to make innovation in their profit-making patterns and realize the intrinsic growth. Information sharing, collaborative forecasting, collaborative inventory management and collaborative operation are ways to create a partnership between enterprises and suppliers.
