北京零售企业可持续发展评价研究

Research on Evaluation Model of Sustainable Development of Retailers in Beijing

目前,我国还没有一个完整而独立的零售可持续发展测评体系,这既不便于进行零售业整体竞争力评价,也不利于零售企业个体价值分析。探讨北京零售企业可持续发展评价指标体系,对于零售企业持续、健康、协调发展,加速实现首都城市发展新定位具有积极意义。文章基于层次分析法思想,通过文献研究和行业调研,确定了北京零售企业可持续发展评价各相关因素及其层次结构;通过专家意见法获得数据并进行定量分析,得出各评价指标权重;通过进一步为评价体系各指标赋值,进行单个零售企业可持续发展能力研判。评价体系研究结果表明,为实现可持续发展,北京零售企业应当立足发展根本,重点从赢利能力、运营效率、社会责任等方面着力,提高赢利能力与运行效率,同时履行好相应的社会职责,科学响应社会的各种需求,只有如此才能提高企业活力,推动整个零售业健康持续发展。

There has not been the comprehensive and independent evaluation system for the sustainable development of retailing industry; and this is not beneficial to both the evaluation of the competitiveness of the whole industry and the value analysis of the individual retailers. Research on the evaluation indicators of the sustainable development of retailers in Beijing is of great significance for the sustainable, coordinated and health development of retailers and the acceleration of realizing the new positioning of Beijing＇s development. Based on AHP and with the help of literature research and industrial investigation, the authors determine the related factors and hierarch structure of the sustainable development evaluation of retailers in Beijing; with the help of data from expert opinion and quantitative analysis, the authors work out the weight of every evaluation indicator; the authors also judge the capability for sustainable development of every single retailers by valuing every indicator of this evaluation system. The results show that, to realize the sustainable development, retailers in Beijing should root in the essence of development, pay more attention to capability for profit-making, operational efficiency and social responsibility; only with the help of this will the vitality of retailers and the sound and health development of the whole retailing industry be guaranteed.
