2003-2013年农村居民就医行为相关影响因素文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis on the Influencity Factors Related to Health Care Seeking Behavior of Rural Residents from 2003-2013

目的:了解农村居民就医的相关影响因素,为进一步研究提供参考。方法:运用文献计量分析方法,以中国知网为基础进行检索,根据纳入和排除标准对检索到的文献进行筛选,记录文献中提及到的影响因素次数。结果:经济、医疗保障、医疗服务可及性、医疗机构、人口学情况等是影响农村居民就医的主要因素。结论:完善新型农村合作医疗制度,重视农村地区键康教育工作,提高基层医疗机构医疗技术水平和服务质量是农村卫生工作需着力推进的几个方面。

Objective： To investigate the factors related to health care seeking behavior of rural residen.ts, and to provide reference for further researches. Methods： The relevant literatures were based on China National Knowledge Internet（CNKI） and were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meanwhile recorded the number of times of the related factors. Results： Economic factors, health care, medical health service accessibility, medical organizationsand demographic factors are the main influencing factors. Conclusion： Recommendations raised include improve the New Rural Cooperative Medical System, pay attention to health education work of rural area, and attach great importance to the primary medical organizations＇medical technology andservice.
