摘要
目的:比较医学生与非医学生用药心理情况,为药物知识宣传与教育提供理论依据。方法:自编问卷调查表,采用随机抽样的方法对平凉师范、平凉农校及平凉医专在校学生进行问卷调查。采用Excel2003建立原始数据库,并运用SPSS20.0对数据进行分析。结果:对10种用药心理进行调查,非医学生同意观点人数均大于医学生;在大一医学生中,护理专业同意观点人数大于临床专业,仅5个问题存在统计学差异(P<0.05);在大二医学生中,临床专业同意观点人数大于护理专业,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:医学及药品知识可降低用药心理的发生率,但不可忽视心理健康教育。
Objective: To provide the oretical basis for the spread and education of drug knowledge through comparing the investigation results of medication psychology about medical students and nonmedical students. Methods:Questionnaire was designed. Enrolled students were investigated by the method of randomized samplingin Pingliang Normal School, Pingliang Agricultural School and Pingliang Medical College. SPSS 20.0 Software was adopted to analyze the data through in putting the data to Excel 2003. Results : The percent of nonmedical students agreeing with viewpoint is more than medical students. The percent of nursing specialties agreeing with viewpoint is larger than clinical medicine in one grade medical students. But also 5 kinds of question exist in difference in one grade medical students. The percent of clinical medicine agreeing with viewpoint is more than nursing specialties in two grade nonmedical students. Conclusion: Medicine and drug knowledge may reduce the inci- dence of medication psychology, but we cant neglect psychology and health education.
