肺炎链球菌药物敏感性分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析肺炎链球菌药物敏感性情况。方法收集本院肺炎链球菌菌株共151株;其中痰液培养109株,肺泡灌洗液培养21株,咽拭子培养8株,血液培养7株,脑脊液培养3株,腹水培养2株,中段尿液培养1株。采用纸片扩散法进行抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果肺炎链球菌药物敏感性:青霉素G药物敏感率为97.35%(147/151),莫西沙星、左氧氟沙星敏感率分别为92.06%(139/151)和90.73%(137/151);肺炎链球菌对红霉素、阿奇霉素及克林霉素耐药明显,耐药率分别为98.01%(148/151)、97.35%(147/151)及95.36%(144/151);未发现对万古霉素和利奈唑烷耐药菌株。结论肺炎链球菌对大环内酯类及克林霉素均有很高的耐药性,对青霉素G及喹诺酮类及糖苷类抗生素有很高的药物敏感性。青霉素G作为廉价经济的抗生素,仍可考虑作为肺炎链球菌首选抗感染治疗药物。
