针对性护理干预预防消化道手术切口感染

Clinical effect of targeted nursing interventions on the patients with gastrointestinal surgical wound infection

目的:探讨分析针对性护理干预在预防消化道手术切口感染中的临床应用效果。方法:将庆元县人民医院自2010年2月至2012年2月收治的行消化道手术治疗的120例患者按入院时间顺序随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规综合性护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予针对性护理干预,观察两组患者的切口愈合及切口感染率。结果:观察组患者的切口感染率(8.33%)明显低于对照组患者(25.00%),甲级愈合率(51.67%)明显高于对照组(33.33%);观察组患者的切口愈合时间、生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用针对性护理干预可明显降低切口感染率,促进患者的切口愈合,并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on the prevention of gastrointestinal surgical wound infection. Methods 120 patients admitted to Qingyuan Hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly assigned into control group and observation group by time order, and each group had 60 cases. The control group was given conventional care while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care. The wound healing and wound infection rates were observed. Results The wound infection rate was 8. 33% of the control group, significantly lower than 25.00% of the observation group. The Grade A healing rate was 51.67% of the observation group, significantly higher than 33.33 % of the control group（P〈0.05）. The wound healing,life quality scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can significantly reduce wound infection rate, promote healing of the patient＇s incision,and improve the quality of life for the patients.
