摘要
为了获得更精准的高加速精密运动平台的数学模型,针对运动平台行程短(毫米级)、高加速度(大于50 m/s2)、辨识实验易超出运行范围的特点,提出一种使用不同频率、幅值正弦激励组合的模型辨识方法,该方法可以保证平台不超行程同时对系统给予充分激励.借助于dSPACE半实物实时仿真系统和Matlab/Simulink软件,通过对输入输出信号频谱分析,测取系统频率响应,对系统进行模型辨识.通过对比离线仿真和dSPACE系统实验,验证该方法的有效性.
The models of systems are the foundation of system performances analysis .In this paper , model indentification by chirping based on dSPACE real -time system was carried out to acquire accurate dynamic model of motion system with high acceleration and high preci-sion, considering its short journey ( millimetre-sized) of the motion stage.With combined sine waves , the system could be simulated enough under different frequencies .System model identification experiments of the servo system as object were carried out by measuring the necessary frequency response based on the dSPACE real -time system and Matlab/Simulink software .By the offline simulation cureve compared with inline simulation one the method feasibility was validated .
