基于本体关系数据库到电子健康档案转换方法

An ontology-based methodology for transformation of medical database to electronic health records

摘要 目前医疗领域存在大量遗留系统,数据的自治性和异构性使得数据在不改变数据本身结构的情况下难以集成.针对这个问题,以关系数据库为源,分析主外键、属性、触发器和完整性,建立映射生成居民电子健康档案本体模型,并通过原型系统实现并验证了此方法的可行性和有效性. There are many systems that are isolated in medical area , the autonomy and heter-ogeneous of data bring challenges to database integration without changing data structure .To solve this problem , this paper transferred relational database to electronic health records on-tology based on analyses of keys , attributes , triggers and constraints .And also presented a prototype to realize the method and prove the feasibility and effectiveness .
