摘要
[目的]确定对籼粳杂交晚稻种子安全性较高的浸种药剂及浓度,从而更好地为生产服务。[方法]以籼粳杂交晚稻种子甬优9号、甬优12号和甬优538号为供试品种,分别采用常规浸种浓度和高浓度4种浸种药剂处理种子,研究种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数的变化。[结果]用20%氰烯·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂1.00和1.67 g/L、1.5%二硫氰基甲烷可湿性粉剂2.22和4.00 g/L浸种安全性最高,对甬优9号、甬优12号及甬优538号种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数无明显抑制作用;16%咪酰·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂2.00 g/L和17%杀螟·乙蒜素可湿性粉剂3.33 g/L常规浓度浸种时对杂交晚稻种子比较安全。但是,在相同条件下,甬优9号、12号和甬优538号3种籼粳杂交晚稻种子对药剂的敏感程度有差异,甬优9号耐药,甬优12号次之,甬优538号最敏感。[结论]甬优9号、12号和甬优538号3种籼粳杂交晚稻种子的浸种药剂在安全性方面首选20%氰烯·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂,而常规浸种浓度的16%咪酰·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂和17%杀螟·乙蒜素可湿性粉剂也比较安全。
[ Objective ] The aim was to confirm on the higher safety soaking medicaments and their concentrations for Indica/Japonica hybrid rice seeds, to better service for production. [ Method] Three indica/japonica hybrid rice seeds of Yongyou No. 9, Yongyou No. 12 and Yongyou No. 538 were soaked into four medicaments with regular- concentration and high- concentration, respectively, and then studied their variation of ger- mination energy, germination rate and germination index. [ Result] It was the most safe to soak seeds with JS399-19cartap 20% WP 1.00 and 1.67 g/L, methane dithiocyanate 1.5% WP 2.22 and 4.00 g/L, had no inhibit effects on variation of germination energy, germination rate and germination index of the three hybrid rice seeds ; it was relatively safe to soak the three hybrid rice seeds with regular-concentration of prochloraz cartap 16% WP 2.00 g/L and cartap ~ ethylicin 17% WP 3.33 g/L. Moreover, the three hybrid rice seeds demonstrated different sensitive de- gree to medicaments, tbereinto, indica/japonica rice hybrid seeds of Yongyou No. 538 was the most sensitive, followed by Yongyou No. 12 and Yongyou No. 9. [ Conclusion] From safety, JS399-19 cartap 20% WP is the first choice to soak three indica/japonica hybrid rice seeds of Yongyou No. 9, Yongyou No. 12 and Yongyou No. 538, while prochloraz · cartap 16% WP and cartap ethylicin 17% WP with regular- concen- tration were both safe relatively.
