资源型城市的城市综合承载力与可持续发展研究——以大同市为例 被引量:4

摘要 运用系统承载力与生态足迹核算法,从经济发展、生态协调、资源利用与社会公平四方面评价在国家尺度上的大同市1999~2012年可持续发展能力。研究结果表明,全市1999-2012年资源一环境承载力呈现下降趋势,人均生态承载力基本稳定并呈小幅波动,存在生态赤字,社会经济在国家尺度上均不可持续;大同市社会公平性较好,但人均收入总量显著低于国家水平;生态建设逐渐加强,生态系统日趋优化;经济发展、资源利用效率与资源开采回采率总体上落后于国家平均水平。研究结果较好地表征了大同市城市复合生态系统可持续发展现状与问题,可为当前资源型城市转型发展提供一定的借鉴。 Using system carrying capacity and ecological footprint method, the sustainable development ability of Datong City during 1999 -2012 was evaluated from four aspects of economic development, ecological harmonious, utilization of resources and social equity. The results showed that during the year 1999 -2012, Datong City remained un-sustainabihty in national scale: the resource-environment carrying capacity indicate decreasing trend, ecological carrying capacity per capita is basically stable, exist ecological deficit and unsustainable of social-economy in nation- al scale ; Social equity in Datong City is good, but total income per capita is significantly lower than national level ; Ecological construction gradu- ally strengthen, eco-system tends to optimization; economic development, resource utilization efficiency and resource exploitation rate is lagging behind national mean level. The results well demonstrated the status and problems of sustainability of Datong City, which will provide a certain reference for transition of resources-rich city.
