摘要
SMW工法是一种广泛应用于基坑围护、软基处理、筑堤等领域,以多轴型钻机在钻掘的同时在钻头处喷出水泥浆液与地基土反复混合搅拌,然后插入H型钢,在水泥土固结后与型钢共同作用形成具有一定刚度和强度连续的墙体施工方法。本工程南面距现有建筑物近,基坑开挖深度大,其他各种施工方法无法在不破坏土体的前提下形成围护墙体。结合工程实例介绍了SMW工法桩的设计、施工过程、工程检测及质量控制要点。应用表明,SMW工法具有工程造价低、工期短、环境污染少等优点,具有挡土和止水的双重作用,在珠江三角洲地区的基坑围护、软弱地基处理等工程中具有重要的应用价值。
The SMW construction method is widely used in foundation pit bracing, soft foundation processing, embankment and the like domains. During multi-axis rig drilling, cement slurry is jetting out from bit and repeatedly mixed with foundation soil, then inserting H-shaped steel, after cemented soil consolidated combined with H-shaped steel formed a continuous wall with certain rigidity and strength. The project is near the existing building in the south, foundation pit is deep, using other construction methods unable to form a bracing wall without destructing soil mass. Combined with project living example, introduced essential points of design, work process, engineering detection and quality control. The application has shown that the SMW construction method has advantages of low construc-tion cost, short time limit for a project, less environmental pollution, as well as dual function of retaining and water sealing. Thus the method has important value in foundation bracing, soft foundation processing engineering in the Zhujiang delta area.
