本文阐明了激光与组织的相互作用机制,在此基础上,进一步研究了用于激光治癌的热效应和光动力学效应,并对激光治癌的适应症作了简要说明。

On the basis of investigation of the mechanism of interaction between the cancer tissue and laser beams, the effects of heat and PDT in the treatment of malignant tumors, as well as the indications of laser therapy are studied.
