摘要
将主抗氧剂245、辅抗氧剂168和三乙醇胺复配加入到聚甲醛中,通过平衡扭矩分析、等温热失重分析、等温热质量损失速率分析及力学性能测试的方法对聚甲醛的热稳定性进行了研究。实验表明:抗氧剂总量质量百分数为0.3%,主抗氧剂245与辅抗氧剂168的配比为4,三乙醇胺用量为0.1%时,POM的热稳定化取得了显著提高。
Main antioxidant 245, assistant 168 and triethanolamine were added into POM by the measurement of balance, the analysis methods of isothermal weight loss, isothermal weight loss rate and long-term aging were used to study thermal stablity of POM. The results showed that the suitable thermal stability was obtained when the contents of the antioxidant was 0.3%, the ratio of main antioxidant 245 and assistant 168 was 4, and content of triethanolamine was 0. 1%.
