利用激光微束照射体外培养Hela细胞筛选叶绿素衍生物光敏剂

Sieving of Chlorophy 1 Derivative Photosensitizers by Means of Laser Microirradiation on Hela Cells in vitro

本文报导了将激光微束照射单细胞技术用于从蔬菜等植物中提取的一些叶素素衍生物(CPD)杀伤Hela肿瘤细胞的光动力效应的研究。实验结果为筛选出药效相似于HPD的CPD提供了依据。

This paper deals with the photodynamic effect of chlorophy 1 derivatives(CPD) isolated from plants, such as spinach etc., on killing Hela cells in vitro by using the technique of laser microirradiation. The experimental results provided the basis for sieving of CPD,whose effect is similar to HPD.
