摘要
应用ANSYS的数值模拟技术和有限元强度分析的能力 ,对冲裁件模拟加载 ,观察应力———应变情况 ,从而得到合适的凸凹模间隙。通过实例验证是可行的 ,为缩短模具设计周期、降低制作成本提供了参考。
This paper applies the powerful numerical value simulation of ANSYS and the ability of finite element strength analysis to the design of mould for punching.Creating the model of punching material,simulating load and analyzing the contour plot of stress-strain,so an appropriate punching clearance may be obtained.This method has been proved to be convenient and practicable,which provides reference for shortening the cycle of designing moulds and reducing the cost of manufacturing moulds.
