摘要
目的为提高中等职业学校药学专业课程《药事管理学》的教学质量提供参考。方法针对中职药事管理学教学的现状,结合多年教学实践,从师资、教材、教学方式、实训等影响药事管理学教学质量的四个方面进行了分析。结果与结论通过师资的慎重选配、教师知识的及时更新、教学中人文教育的加强、仿真实验室的建设和充分利用,以及灵活多样的教学手段,可以增强该学科的实用性和时代性,提高学生的学习效率,培养中职生的职业技能,提升中职《药事管理学》的教学质量。
Objective To provide reference for improving the quality of teaching the vocationa pharmaceutical curriculum Pharmacy Administration". Methods Specific to the status of vocationa teaching of "Pharmacy Administration", combined with years of teaching practice, four factors affecting the quality of teaching "Pharmacy Administration" in respect to teacher, teaching material, teaching methods, training were analyzed. Results and Conclusion The careful matching of teachers, teachers' knowledge up to date, reinforcement of humanities education in teaching, construction and full use of simulation laboratory and flexible teaching methods can enhance the practicality and the contemporaneity of the subject, improve the students' learning efficiency, train vocational students' professional skills and improve the quality of teaching vocational "Pharmacy Administration".
