Characterization Analysis of Kudiezi Injection-induced Adverse Reactions

目的分析苦碟子注射液不良反应的特点及规律，为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）2000～2011年不良反应的个案报道文献，分析患者的性别、年龄、原发疾病、不良反应出现时间以及累及器官或系统、转归等资料。结果在10余年相关文献中检索出15例苦碟子注射液不良反应报道中女性占66．7％，患者平均年龄59．9岁，临床表现多见过敏反应、呼吸系统、皮肤及附件的临床表现；1h内出现过敏反应患者占60．0％，对大多数不良反应患者的对症治疗有效。结论在苦碟子注射液不良反应报告中，高龄、女性、心脑血管疾病患者居多，在该药使用期间，需注意患者身体状况，在观察监测中合理应用苦碟子注射液，并注意避免使用葡萄糖溶液作为药物溶媒。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and principles of adverse reactions induced by Kudiezi Injection so as to provide reference for the reasonable clinical medication. Methods Literatures about Kudiezi Injection-induced ADRs from CNKI database were retrieved, data about patient sex, age, primary diseases, onset time of adverse reactions as well as involved organs or systems and prognosis were analyzed. Results In 15 cases of ADRs, female cases accounted for 66.7%, the average age was 59.9 years, the main clinical manifestations of Kudiezi Injection-induced ADRs were allergic reactions, respiratory system, skin and appendage diseases. The cases with allergy that occurred within 1 hour after administration accounted for 60.0%. Treatment for adverse reactions was effective for most patients. Conclusion In Kudiezi Injection-induced ADRs, There are in the majority of higher age patient, {emals patients and cardiac-cerebral diseage patients. During the application of kudiezi injection, it should be pay attention to the body condition of patients; During the observation and monitoring, rational use of kudiezi injection, Avoid the use of glucoge solution as the drug solvant.
