2010～2012年绍兴市27例丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液不良反应分析

Analysis of 27 Cases of Adverse Reactions Induced by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection During Year 2010 to 2012 in Shaoxing City

目的通过分析2010-2012年绍兴市27例丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致不良反应（ADR）的特点及一般规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对3年来上报的27例丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致不良反应进行统计学分析。结果丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致不良反应累及机体多个系统一器官，主要表现为变态反应，严重者可出现呼吸困难或过敏性休克，ADR发生在老年患者居多。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液的ADR应引起临床高度重视，以减少ADR的发生率。

Objective To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection, and provide reference for clinical rational use. Methods Adverse reactions involved in the 27 cases caused by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection in Shaoxing City reported over the last three years were analyzed statistically. Results ADRs of Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection involved multiple organs and systems, and the main clinical manifestation were allergic reactions. Individuals with serious allergic reactions could appear with dyspnea and anaphylactic shock, and ADRs often occurred in elderly patients. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the ADR induced by Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection to reduce the incidence rate.
