大容量生产线开发超有光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了在5万t/a大容量涤纶短纤维生产线上生产1.33 dtex超有光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维的纺丝、牵伸工艺条件对产品质量的影响。结果表明:通过调整熔体黏度、纺丝温度、主风道压力、纺丝速度等因素,可以提高短纤维的断裂强度,降低断裂伸长率以及180℃干热收缩率,生产的1.33 dtex超有光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维质量稳定。 In this paper, the influence of spinning and drawing processes of 1.33 dtex super bright polyes- ter staple fibers on sewing threads produced in 50 000 t/a staple fibers production line was discussed. The results showed that the staple fiber strength at break was elevated, elongation at break was decreased, dry heat shrinkage at 180 ℃ was reduced and the quality of 1.33 dtex super bright polyester staple fiber was sta- ble by adjusting appropriate melt viscosity, spinning temperature, main air duct pressure and spinning speed.
