Effect of Sappan Wood on Proliferation,Adhesion and Invasion in PG Cells

摘要 [目的]探讨苏木对人肺癌PG细胞增殖、黏附、侵袭能力的影响。[方法]分别于常氧和低氧环境中培养细胞,苏木提取液作用PG细胞后,MTT法检测细胞增殖、流式细胞术检测CD29表达水平、Transwell小室侵袭实验检测细胞侵袭能力。[结果]作用48h后,低氧环境下不同浓度苏木作用后的PG细胞增殖速度高于常氧环境(P<0.05)。CD29表达水平在各实验组之间均有差异(P<0.05),中、高浓度苏木与对照组比较有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。在常氧和低氧环境中,高、中、低浓度苏木组对PG细胞的侵袭能力均有抑制作用。[结论]苏木对PG细胞的增殖、黏附及侵袭有抑制作用。 [Purpose] To investigate the effect of sappan wood on proliferation,adhesion and invasion ability in PG cells. [Methods] PG cells were cultured in normal and low oxygen environment and treated by sappan wood. Cell proliferation was examined with MTT method, CD29 expression was detected by flow cytometry and invasion ability was evaluated by basement membrane invasion model experiment. [ Results ] After treated by sappan wood 48h, the proliferation rates of PG cells in low oxygen environment were faster than normal oxygen environment(P〈0.05). The expression levels of CD29 were different between the experimental group and control group(P〈0.05). The invasion ability was all inhibited in high,medium and low concentration of sappan wood as well as in normal and low oxygen environment. [Conclusion ] The cell proliferation, adhesion and invasion are inhibited by Sappan wood obviously.
