摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用色谱柱InertsilODS-SP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)和具有二极管阵列检测器的色谱仪,在220 nm波长下对嘧菌酯·戊菌唑进行分离和定量分析检测。结果表明,嘧菌酯、戊菌唑的标准偏差分别为0.06和0.06;变异系数分别为0.22%和0.57%;平均回收率分别为100.65%和99.97%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 6。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of azoxystrobin and penconazole by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, ODS CI8 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and DAD detector at 220 nm was estalished. The results showed that the azoxystrobin, penconazole standard deviation were 0.06 and 0.06; coefficients of variation were 0.22% and 0.57%; average recoveries were 100.65% and 99.97%, linear correlation coefficient 0.999 4 and 0.999 6, respectively.
