介绍了天津西站综合交通枢纽总体布局及交通需求。西站是集中了诸多交通方式的特大型综合性枢纽,同时还是市级商务、商业城市副中心。在规划设计方案中,针对工程设计接口较多、设计难度较大的特点,将"以人为本、公交优先"作为基本设计理念,将"快捷化、人性化、一体化、智能化"作为设计目标,在人性化、合理化、经济化之间寻找最佳平衡点。详细阐述了该工程总体设计中的轨道交通、通路集散系统、交通组织、静态交通的设计布局。
The article introduces the master layout and traffic demand of the comprehensive transport hub of Tianjin West Station.The west station is the super-large comprehensive hub centralizing many transport modes,and is also the municipal business,commercial city deputy center.In the planning and design schemes,and aiming at its characteristics of more interfaces of engineering design and more difficulties of design,its basic design idea is the 'people foremost and bus priority',the design object is the efficiency,hommization,integration and intelligence,and the optimized equilibrium point is searched among the hommization,rationalization and economy.The article sets forth the rail traffic,road distributing system,transport organization and static traffic design layout in the master design of this project.
