摘要
将风险分析与层次分析法(AHP)结合,确定风险评价指标体系;通过层次分析法(AHP)确定单个风险项目的权重,结合权重分析和标度体系得到综合风险指数,从而建立平台托换施工过程动态风险评估模型,经计算表明,杭州亲水平台二次托换的各风险因素中,施工图设计阶段的风险、截柱风险、新旧混凝土结合和千斤顶预顶的风险较大,其它因素风险相对较小。基于层次分析法的风险分析方法适用于二次托换等复杂工程的风险评估,同时也对二次托换过程的风险管理具有指导意义。
In combination with risk analysis and AHP,the risk evaluation index system is established.The weight of each risk item is determined by AHP.The comprehensive risk index is obtained through weight analysis and scaling system so as to establish the dynamic risk assessment model of platform underpinning construction process.The calculation shows that the risk of construction drawing design stage,the risk of column nut,the risk of the old and new concrete connection,and the pre-jacking risk of lifting jack are larger in all risks of secondary-underpinning process of the Hangzhou Waterfront Platform,and the other factor risks are relatively smaller.The risk analysis method based on AHP is suitably used for the risk assessment of complicated secondary-underpinning projects.It is also instructive for risk management of secondary-underpinning process.
