摘要
首先分析了当前国内主要城市轨道交通工程通常采用的招投标模式,采用的招标合同的主要条款。接着,结合多年投标工作经验,针对不同的招标模式和招标主要条款,提出采取的不同的报价策略,从而达到增加中标概率,控制投标风险,获得企业的预期利润。其内容可供同行借鉴。
The article firstly analyzes the bid and tender modes and main clauses of bidding contract usually used in the main urban rail traffic projects in China.According to the bidding and tendering experience for many years,and aiming at the different biding mode and main bid clauses,the article puts forward the policy of using the different prices so as to achieve the increment of winning probability,to control the tendering risk and to obtain the prospected profit of enterprise.The contents can be refereed for the similar projects.
