摘要
A 29-year-old female patient,suffered from extrapyramidal symptoms 4hours after a 50mg intake of itopride,was given intramuscular injection of diazepam with intravenous infusion for accelerating itopride excretion and spiritual comfort.After 12hours of treatment,the patient was observed remission of symptoms in the patient was observed.By now rare reports have been published on itopride inducing extrapyramidal symptoms.Therefor,detailed medication history should be collected for clinically differentiation from other conditions that may trigger extrapyramidal symptoms.
