摘要
详尽而严谨地讨论了圆管相贯线上角焊缝有效厚度的分布规律,指出现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)中关于两管相贯线角焊缝计算条文存在的问题,给出了有效厚度极大值和极小值的计算公式,并提出了改进强度校核方法的建议。文末给出了支管下料长度的理论计算公式。
This paper presented a detailed study on the effective thickness of fillet welds along the intersecting lines of pipe structures. Some problems in current Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB 50017--2003) were discussed. The formulas for the maximum and minimum values of effective thickness of fillet welds were derived and the approaches were proposed for improving the calculation method of ultimate strength of fillet welds on the intersecting lines. In the end,a theoretical formula was also provided in this paper to calculate the cutting length of branch pipes.
