摘要
钻削加工用量的选择对于提高生产率、降低生产成本、提高产品质量等都有着直接的影响。本文通过对钻削加工切削参数数学模型的建立 ,对钻削用量进行优化 ,并结合实例 ,给出了最优参数 。
Selecting drilling dosage has direct influences to increase production capacity,reduce production cost and increase product quality.Through setting up the mathematics model of cutting parameter,the cutting dosages have been optimized.The optimal parameters are given and the validity and feasibility of the model have been tested and verified by some examples.
