摘要
针对某型号载货汽车存在平顺性超标问题,对各个环节的振动传递率及其稳定性进行分析发现,该车型前桥悬架的振动传递率偏大且不稳定,驾驶室座椅的振动传递率明显偏大。通过仿真分析,提出提高前桥悬架低相对运动速度段阻尼、使驾驶室座椅固有频率偏离前桥悬架偏频并合理设置座椅阻尼等平顺性提升措施,有效改善了该车型的平顺性。
To address the problem that a type of heavy truck falls out of limit in the ride comfort, the main factors which influence the ride comfort are analyzed. It is found that the vibration transmissibility of front shock absorber is larger than normal value and not stable and the vibration transmissibility of cab seat is also larger than normal value. Based on simulation results, measures such as to improve the damping corresponding to the relatively low velocity of front axle suspension, to stagger the natural frequency of cab seat and the suspension frequency, and to set a reasonable damping value to cab seat, are taken. The ride comfort of the type heavy truck is effectively improved.
