摘要
基于某干式双离合器,采用激光点云扫描技术扫描其膜片弹簧表面,并结合CATIA软件生成膜片弹簧实体模型。用ANSYS/Workbench软件分别对实体模型进行有限元分析,得到自由状态膜片弹簧小端载荷位移曲线,并通过台架试验证明了曲线趋势的合理性。在此基础上,对干式双离合器的自调节原理进行了详细分析。
Use laser point cloud scanning technology to scan surface of diaphragm spring and CATIA software to generate solid models of diaphragm springs based on a dry dual clutch. ANSYS/Workbench is used to make FEA of the solid model, to generate the displacement curves of load at free-state of diaphragm spring small end. Rationality of the curve trend is verified by bench test. On this basis, the self-adjusting principle of dry type dual clutch is analyzed in details.
