摘要
针对应用流量阀的汽车制动压力系统液压控制精度问题,建立了流量阀液压制动系统模型,在此基础上设计了一种切换PI控制器,并采用相平面方法分析了闭环系统的收敛性和控制参数对压力调节性能的影响。仿真和试验结果表明,所设计的切换PI控制器能够满足液压压力的跟踪控制要求。
To improve control prevision of automotive hydraulic braking pressure system with flow valves, we construct a flow valve hydraulic braking system model, and design a switching PI controller, then employ phase-plane method to analyze the convergence of the closed loop system and the influence that the control parameters make on the performance of the pressure control. Both simulation and experimental results show that the developed switching PI controller can meet the requirements of the hydraulic pressure tracking control.
