Design of Host Program for Engine ECU HIL System Based on NI PXI Platform

摘要 基于NI PXI实时硬件平台,利用实时配置软件Veristand搭建了发动机ECU HIL系统的上位机程序,实现了对ECU控制算法验证、参数标定和电气故障测试等功能。利用LabVIEW FPGA模块开发的自定义设备程序,既可实现上位机对测试数据的组织和管理,又可模拟发动机时序信号、采集ECU的喷油点火PWM信号;利用ECU测量与标定工具包中的自定义设备XCP and CCP Master,实现了对ECU测量参数和标定参数的读写,进而进行初步标定;利用基于PXI 2510开关板卡的自定义设备,实现了ECU电气故障的测试。试验结果表明,该上位机程序能够满足硬件在环仿真测试的实时性要求。 Based on NI PXI real-time hardware platform, a host program for engine ECU HIL system is established with real-time software Veristand for ECU control algorithm validation, parameter calibration and electric fault test. A custom device program developed with labview FPGA module provides an effective way for organization and management of test data in the host computer, simulation of engine sequence signal and acquisition of the PWM signal of injection and ignition; the custom device XCP and CCP Master included in ECU and calibration toolkit can read and write ECU measurement parameter and calibration parameter and thus ECU could be preliminarily calibrated; with a custom device program based on the switch card-PXI 2510, ECU electric faults could be tested. Test results show that the host program can satisfy the real-time requirement of HIL simulation test.
