某医学院女大学生生殖感染知识现况调查 被引量:1

Cross-sectional investigation on knowledge of reproductive infections among female students in a medical college

摘要 目的了解鄂南某高校医学院女大学生生殖生理健康教育的现状及需求,为高校开展相关教育与服务提供参考依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对医学院在校2011和2012级女大学生共923人进行匿名问卷调查。结果917名女大学生初潮年龄在11~16岁,占99.3%;女大学生获取生殖生理知识的主要途径来自网络、杂志/书籍和同学/朋友;2012级485名女大学生中236名从网络途径获取相关信息,占48.66%,而2011级438名女大学生中有320名,占73.06%;两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);2011级女生对于性传播疾病的知晓率总体上高于2012级女生,两者对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率均〉91.0%,但对一般生活接触能否感染艾滋病的认知则相对较模糊;在生殖生理知识的需求上,2012级女生主要集中在异性交往与恋爱心理,而2011级女生则关注生殖避孕,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在性病预防和性卫生保健知识上,两个年级女生需求无明显差异;女大学生希望通过选修课或讲座等途径获取生殖生理知识。结论高校和家庭应联合开展生殖生理健康教育活动,培养女大学生正确的性观念和健康的生活方式。 OBJECTIVE To understand the status and demand for the education of reproductive physiology health among the female students in a medical college of southern Hubei province so as to provide reference for carrying out relevant education and services. METHODS An anonymous questionnaire was used among 923 female students who were enrolled the medical college in 2011 and 2012. RESULTS At menarche, 917 female college students' age was 11-16 years old, accounting for 99.3%. For the female college students, the main sources of reproductive physiology knowledge were internet, magazines/books, and classmates/friends. 236 girls got the information from the network channel, accounting for 48. 66% among surveyed 2012 grade. 320 girls got the information from the network channel, accounting for 73.06% among surveyed 2011 grade, the latter had a higher proportion and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). As for the awareness rate of sexually transmitted diseases knowledge, the girls in 2011 grade knew more than the girls in 2012 grade, more than 91. 0% of them knew the three transmitting routes of AIDS. With regard to HIV infected in general living contact, they had relatively vague perception. The girls of 2012 grade concerned about how to communicate with the boys and the psychology of love, while the girls in 2011 grade focused on reproduction and contraception, the difference between the two was statistically significant (P〈0. 05); there was no significant difference in the awareness of prevention of sexually transmitted diseases or the sexual health care between the two grades of girls; the female college students wanted to obtain the knowledge of reproductive physiology through elective courses or seminars and other means. CONCLUSION The colleges and families should join hands to carry out health education activities of the reproductive physiology so as to cultivate the right sexual attitude and healthy life style for the female college students.
