摘要
目的:探讨小儿脆骨病手术麻醉的要求。方法:选择收治的小儿脆骨病60例,都给予手术结合全身麻醉治疗。结果:所有小儿完成手术,平均手术时间(125.63±4.25)min,无严重不良反应发生。小儿麻醉前、诱导时与手术后的收缩压对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿脆骨病临床上少见,多需采用手术治疗,但是要合理进行麻醉选择与管理。
Objective To explore the anesthesia requirements of operation in children with britde bone disease. Methods 60 samples were treated with surgical operation under general anesthesia. Results All children was completed the operation and the average operation time was（ 125.63 _-. 4. 25）mins. There was no serious adverse reactions. The difference of the systolie pressure before anesthesia induction and after the operation was no statistieaUy significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Children brittle bone disease was rare and treated with oper- ation mainly,but we should select and manage anesthesia reasonably.
