摘要
目的:探讨心理干预在公司员工体重控制管理中的应用效果。方法:选择肥胖患者160例,所有患者开始都给予运动干预、健康教育和饮食干预,在此基础上给予积极的心理干预。结果:干预后患者的体重、皮褶厚度和BMI都有明显下降,与干预前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁与焦虑评分都明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预在公司员工体重控制管理中的应用有利于控制身体形态变化,缓解各相关不良情绪,从而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on weight control and management of company employees. Methods 160 samples were chosen to treated with exercise intervention, health education and dietary intervention, and given positive psy- chological intervention. Results After intervention the weight, skinfold thickness, BMI and the scores of somatization, obsessive - compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety were lower than before. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of psychological intervention on weight control and management of company employees can control the changes in body shape, alleviate the bad feelings, so as to improve the quality of life.
