摘要 介绍一种矿井风硐风量、风压智能测定仪的硬件组成原理、软件设计特点。 The paper introduced the air quantity and air pressure intelligent monitoring and measuring device developed to solve the measurement of air quantity and air pressure in the mine ventilation shaft or mine ventilation airway. This development has stopped the application of conventional U type pressure differential meter used in ventilation fan room to measure the air quantity and air pressure. The paper had a detailed introduction on characteristics of the principle, hardware and software of the intelligent monitoring and measuring device. The content of the paper is mainly to introduce the structure and working principle of the device. In the design of the hardware, there is a computer used to manage one channel signal. An anti interference technology and differential input technology is used to the signal transformation in order to highly improve the reliability and measuring accuracy of the device. In the software design, a point floating technology is used to increase the air quantity measuring scope to 9999 m 3/s. In the end, the paper introduced the large measuring scope, high measuring accuracy, operation intelligent, high reliability, a printing interface, communication interface and other features of the device and the application the device in coal mines.
