Direct Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Water Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱,建立了水中五氯酚的定量分析方法.该方法不需要浓缩,样品经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后,直接进样超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析.目标物的回收率为78%-110%,在1.0-200μg/L范围内,有很好的线性相关性,方法的检出限为0.01μg/L .结果表明该方法具有灵敏度高,操作简单、快速的优点. A method for determination of pentachlorophenol(PCP) in water by ultra performance liquid chromato-graphy tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS) was developed. Water samples were filtered through a 0.42μm membrane before injected to UPLC-MS-MS. The recovery rates of surface water varied from 78%to 110%. Good linear regression results were obtained for most PCP in the range of 1.0~200 μg/L. The method detection for PCP limit was 0.01μg/L. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,simple and fast operation.
