六君子汤合左金丸加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎48例临床观察

Clinical observation of 48 cases chronic atrophic gastritis treated with modifed Liujunzi Tang and Zuojin Wan

目的观察六君子汤合左金丸加减治疗脾胃湿热证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为对照组47例和治疗组48例,对照组给予养胃舒胶囊,治疗组给予六君子汤合左金丸加减,治疗3月后统计疗效。比较2组患者的病理组织学、胃镜结果及临床表现、复发率。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用六君子汤合左金丸加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,复发率低,且可临证加减,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis cased by stomach dampheat treated with Liujunzi Tang together with Zuojin Wan. Methods The patients were randomized into two groups, 47 cases in control group was given Yangweishu Granules, 48 patients in the treatment group was given Liujunzi Tang and Zuojin Wan and statistics after 3 months of treatment efficacy. Compare the clinical manifestation, pathological histology, gastroscopy in patients and the recurrence rate. Results Clinical symptoms improved total effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） , while the recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Liujunzi Tang and Zuojin Wan was significant on chronic atrophic gastritis, reliable and secure efficacy, and also can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, luther add and subtract temporary permit, so it should be widely applied.
