摘要
西安北站是目前亚洲车场规模最大的特大型高速铁路客运站,站场布置为一站三场,共18个站台34条股道,是站场真空卸污设施设计比较复杂的车站之一。郑西场真空卸污设施在实际运行过程中,因为列车停留时间缩短,出现卸污能力不足等问题,从列车卸污停时整备要求出发,分析影响真空卸污能力的各种因素,并对真空机组配置及真空管道进行优化设计,以满足复杂且多站场车站的卸污需要。
The Xi'an North Railway Station, which has the largest railway yard in Asia, is an extra-large high-speed railway passenger station, including one station and three yards, a total of 18 platforms and 34 tracks. Therefore, the design of vacuum sewage discharge facility for this station became very complicated. In addition, during the practical application of the vacuum sewage discharge facility at Zhengzhou-Xi'an yard, the problem of insufficient vacuum sewage discharge capacity emerged because the train stayed for only a short time. In this paper, in light of the requirement of elapsed time of sewage discharge from the train, the various factors affecting the capacity of vacuum sewage discharge were analyzed, and design optimization for both the vacuum unit configuration and the vacuum pipeline was carried out, so as to satisfy the requirement of sewage discharge at the complicated station with multiple station and yards.
