骨科护理人员对糖尿病知识掌握情况的调查分析

Investation and analysis of orthopaedics nurses' mastery situation of diabetes

目的 了解骨科护理人员对糖尿病知识的掌握情况.方法 对我院骨科186名护理人员进行问卷调查,调查骨科护理人员对糖尿病知识的掌握情况.结果 186份有效问卷中,本科及以上83人,及格率87.5％;大专95人,及格率74.74％;中专8人,及格率72.29％.本科知识掌握情况明显好于大专及中专护理人员（P＜0.05）.护龄＞15年38人,及格人数25人,及格率65.79％;6～15年83人,及格率57.83％;＜5年65人,及格率58.46％,护龄15年以上的护士对糖尿病知识的掌握情况明显好于护龄低于15年的护士（P＜0.05）;不同职称护理人员问卷及格率分别为：护士70.21％、护师67.09％、主管护师82.35％、副主任护师及以上88.89％;骨儿科护理人员11人,平均（51.84±5.11）分;手外科38人,平均（61.52±4.98）分;骨伤科12人,平均（79.02±6.07）分;创伤急救科44人,平均（71.17±5.56）分;脊柱科25人,平均（73.11±5.19）分;关节骨科26人,平均（62.94±4.89）分;骨病科18人,平均（69.69±5.78）分;老年骨科12人,平均（76.90±5.28）分.结论 应通过多种方式对骨科护士进行糖尿病知识的培训,提高骨科护理人员的糖尿病知识水平和临床诊治能力.

Objective To understand orthopaedic nurses mastery situation of diabetes. Methods Questionmare survey was conducted among 186 nurses in our hospital to understand orthopaedic nurses＇ mastery situation of diabetes. Results 186 valid questionnaire responses were received,and 83 nurses had Bachelor＇ degree and the pass rate was 87.5%, 95 nurses had junior college degree and the pass rate was 74.74%, 8 nurses had junior college degree and the pass rate was 72.29%, it showed that nurses with Bachelor＇ degree had the higher pass rate（P〈0.05）. 38 nurses with 15 years or more nursing age and the pass rate was 65.79%, 83 nurses with 6 to 15 years nursing age and the pass rate was 57.83%, 83 nurses with 5 years less nursing age and the pass rate was 58.46%, it showed that nurses with Bache- lor＇ degree had the higher pass rate（P〈0.05）. The pass rates of nurses with different titles were as follows： nurse 70.21%, senior nurse 67.09%, supervisor nurse 82.35%, assistant director protect teacher 88.89%. There were 11 bone pediatric nursing staff, and the average scores were （51.84_±5.11）; 38 hand surgury staff and the average scores were （61.52±4.98）; 12 orthopaedics staff and the average scores were （79.02±_6.07）; 44 trauma emergency department staff and the average scores was （71.17±5.56）; 25 spinal branch staff and the average scores were（73.11±5.19）; 26 joint surgery staff and the average scores was （62.94±4.89）; 18 bone disease staff and the average scores were （69.69±5.78）; 12 elderly orthopaedic staff and the average scores were （76.90±5.28）. Conclusion We should adopt multiple ways to improve orthopaedic nurs- es＇ mastery situation of diabetes.
