健康教育对冠心病患者高血糖认知情况、自我效能及血糖的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨冠心病患者实施健康教育后对高血糖认知情况、自我效能及血糖的影响.方法 回顾性分析2012年5月~2013年5月来我院就诊的185例冠心病患者的临床资料,将患者分为三组:血糖正常组(NGT,n=45)、糖调节受损组(IGR,n=58)、糖耐量受损组(T2MD,n=82),对所有患者均实施健康教育,比较三组患者健康教育前后高血糖知识认知情况、自我效能及FPG、2hPG、HbA1c检测值.结果 NGT组、IGR组及T2DM组CHD患者的高血糖知识认知率在健康教育后明显高于健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CHD患者的症状管理及疾病共性管理在健康教育后的自我效能得分均明显高于健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).IGR组及T2DM组患者健康教育干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c检测值依次降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者实施健康教育能使高血糖认知水平及自我效能得到提高,降低高血糖的发生率,使糖代谢得到改善. Objective To explore effect on high blood sugar cognition, self-efficacy and blood sugar after given health education. Methods A total of 185 cases with coronary heart disease whose clinical data were retrospective analyzed were selected from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital, patients were divided into three groups: normal glucose group (NGT, n=45), impaired glucose regulation group(IGR, n=58), impaired glucose tolerance group(T2MD, n=82), all the patients were given health education, compared the the high blood sugar cognition, self-efficacy and FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc of three groups before and after health education were compared. Results High blood sugar cognition rate of NGT group, IGR group and T2MD group after health education were significantly higher than before health education, the differences were significant (P〈0.05). Self-efficacy scores of symptoms management and disease management after health education were significantly higher than before health education, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). FPG, 2hPG, HbAle of IGR group and T2DM patients on the health education intervention before, after 3 months and 6 months were lower, the differences were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The health education for patients with coro- nary heart disease high blood sugar can make the cognitive level and improved self-efficacy, reduce the incidence of high blood sugar, so that glucose metabolism is improved.
