盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性龈炎的疗效观察

The curative effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in treatment of chronic gingivitis

目的 探究盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性龈炎的治疗效果.方法 选取2012年2月～2013年6月来我院就诊的慢性龈炎患者80例,按照随机数字法将其平均分为实验组和对照组各40例.两组患者均给予常规洁牙治疗,而对照组洁牙术后选用甲硝唑片口服治疗,每日3次,每次0.4 g;实验组患者选用盐酸米诺环素软膏,注入牙周龈袋,每周1次,治疗3周.两组患者均治疗3周后观察患者的病情及测量牙周指数.结果 实验组患者经盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗后总有效率为95.0％,明显高于对照组,并且治疗后实验组患者的牙周指数也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性龈炎的治疗有显著作用,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To observe the curative effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in treatment of chronic gingivitis. Methods Eighty cases of gingivitis patients in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group each of 40 cases. Two groups of patients were given routine dental treatment, while the control group with curettage after metronidazole tablets oral treatment, three times a clay, each time 0.4 g. Patients in the experimental group were injected with minocycline hydrochloride ointment, one time a week, for three weeks. The patients in two groups after 3 weeks treatment the patient＇s condition and measurement of periodontal index were observed. Results The experimental group were treated by minocycline hydroehloride ointment after treatment, the total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly higher than the control group after treatment, and peri- odontal index of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minocyeline hydrochloride ointment has a significant role in treat- ment of chronic gingivitis, and it is worthy of clinical use.
